China vs. U.S. "Freedom of the Internet"


China said that the United States calls on the freedom of the Internet "harm" relations between the two countries after the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton criticized China's censorship of the international network.

"We strongly opposed the words contrary to the fact that harm China-US relations," ministry spokesman said Foreign Affairs of China, Ma said in a statement Zhaoxu served on the ministry Internet site.

Hillary Secretary issued a call in a speech by U.S. restate support for "single internet all men have equal access to the world of ideas and knowledge".

China and the U.S. are involved in a dispute over Google's threat to leave China in terms of censorship and attacks on the virtual world recently, the Internet giant said it seemed that intended by China to eliminate the various statements made by electronic mail by rights activists -China human rights.
